To
prepare for your appointment, please wear loose fitting
clothes.
Additionally, please be prepared to share any
x-rays, scans, or previous doctor’s findings and
recommendations with the doctors. Please also
bring your current Health Insurance Cards to the
appointment.
Please
arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We
have a short intake form that we need to you to fill out
in order for our doctors to give you the most
comprehensive spinal recommendation they can. We will
also give you a brief tour of The Scoliosis
Center.
